This 8,000 square foot building was built in 1920. We have begun our deconstruction project and within the next 12-14 days everything will have been removed. If there are items you NEED, you should let us know ASAP and reserve your selected materials by calling us or by putting down a deposit. Has wonderful huge fir beams___190 perlins that are aprox 4" x 8", trusses that are aprox 3" x 6" x 60', LOTS of 2 x 6's..... The whole building has 1" x 8" fir T & G shiplap (barn flooring) that was used for the subflooring, siding and part of the roofing construction. aprox 30,000 linear feet material We have 15,000 linear feet of Douglas fir #106 Drop siding that is 11/16" x 5 5/16" with a 5" exposure with cove on top. We also are going to have lots of concrete if someone needs to have concrete as fill. LOTS of usable materials.
